The fleet

Porta potty and portable toilet rentals in Dallas

Five units across the Dallas fleet, and most sites end up mixing two of them. A crew needs something different than a wedding does, so here’s what each one is actually for.

Standard porta potty rental units at a Dallas, Texas construction site

MOST RENTED

Standard Unit

The one on every job site in Dallas. Ventilated, lockable, serviced weekly. If you’re renting for a crew rather than for guests, stop reading and order these.

Deluxe Flushable

Foot-pump flush and a sanitizer dispenser inside. What you put at a wedding so nobody thinks about it twice.

How it works

Three steps and you’re done thinking about it

Tell us the site

About two minutes. Where it goes, how many people are using it, how long you need it there.

We work out the count

Crew size and run time decide it. You get a unit count back, plus what the weekly service costs.

We deliver and keep them serviced

Set down level and stocked on day one. Then we come back the same day each week until the job wraps.

Pricing

What porta potty rental costs in Dallas

There’s no single number to post, because four things move it. Here’s what actually changes your quote.

Which unit you pick

A standard cabin and a climate-controlled restroom trailer are not close on price. Most job sites never need anything above standard.

How many you need

Crew size and event headcount drive the count. Ordering one too few is the common mistake, and it turns into a service problem by midweek.

How long you keep them

A Saturday event and a build running eighteen months are priced differently. Longer terms get better rates per unit.

How often they’re serviced

Weekly is standard and it’s in the price. High-traffic sites that need twice-weekly pump-outs cost more, and we’d rather build that in than have you run short.

Delivery, weekly pump-out, sanitizing and restocking are inside the number we quote. Tell us the crew size or the guest count and you’ll get a real figure back the same day.

Coverage

We run the whole Dallas metro

Same crew drops the units, services them and picks them up. Nobody hands your site to a third party and loses the schedule.

That’s the part that goes wrong everywhere else. A missed service week on a job site with twenty guys on it becomes a real problem by Thursday, and it’s the complaint we hear about every other operator in Dallas.

Outside the metro line? Ask anyway. Our radius is wider than most.

Questions

Before you book

The five we get most. If yours isn’t here, put it in the notes field and we’ll answer it with your quote.

How much does a porta potty rental cost in Dallas?
It depends on which unit you take, how many, how long you keep them, and how often they need servicing. Weekly pump-out, sanitizing and restocking are already inside the number we quote, so there’s no service line added later. Give us the crew size or guest count and you’ll have a real figure the same day.
How many units do I need?
Rule of thumb on a job site is one unit per ten workers on a 40-hour week, serviced weekly. Events run differently. Guest count, how long the doors stay open, and whether you’re serving alcohol all push the number up, sometimes hard. Give us those details and we’ll do the math for you.
How often do you service them?
Weekly as standard. Pump-out, sanitize, restock paper and sanitizer. Heavy-traffic sites go twice a week and plenty of ours do. Say so when you book and we’ll build it into the price instead of surprising you later.
What do you need to get one in?
Level ground the truck can actually reach. The things that catch people out are soft turf after rain, low branches, and overhead lines. Describe the spot on the form if you’re unsure and we’ll tell you before delivery day rather than on it.
Can I rent for one weekend?
Yes. A Saturday event and an eighteen-month build get quoted the same way. Short rentals aren’t a favor we’re doing you, so you won’t get the runaround for asking.
